Seed Crystal Orientation Before Processing After Processing X-Ray Crystal Orientation Indicator Instrument
HYX-3 X-ray crystal orientation Indicator instrument, it is mainly used for seed crystal orientation before processing and seed orientation after processing. This equipment can be combined with HTJ-08 cutting machine of our company, also can be combined with surface grinding machine and single line cutting machine.
Standard configuration:
1. One side is equipped with special fixture to Orient the end face of the crystal rod, such as 111, 110, 100 crystal direction of silicon rod, sapphire A, C, R, etc., the measurement size φ 2-8 inches; After the test, take down the fixture, and then in HTJ-08 cutting machine drill seed crystal or surface grinding machine processing end, or inner circle cutting machine, single line cutting machine processing seed crystal.
2. The other side for indication of inoculating crystal after the above process. Test inoculating crystal dimension of: round inoculating crystal Φ5---20mm, square inoculating crystal Φ5---20mm, 150mm length.
